COCOA RICCIOLI WITH RAGU AND GREEN TOMATOES
Prepare a meat sauce without tomatoes. Soften with green mashed tomatoes, cooking it on a medium flame for a long time. Cook 500 grams of Riccioli in salty water for 6 minutes, drain and add to the sauce, dusting with a bit of bitter cocoa. Mix well and serve.
