The bicerin is a traditional piedmontese drink protected and included in the ‘List of traditional agricultural produce of Piedmont updated on 31/12/2000’ and in the ‘Official Bulletin of the Piedmont Region’ dated 7th March 2001. In the supplement N.10 – Regional Certificates, it is stated that in the resolution past by Regional Headquarters N.39 on 22nd January 2001, the‘Selection of traditional Piedmontese agriculture products’ and the enclosed list of said traditional products also includes the ‘bicerin’(N. 3 group A- beverages)
